Preparation and Delivery

CozyVale personalized orders are prepared in China after your order is received and your personalization details are confirmed. Preparation usually takes 1–2 days. Preparation time is separate from shipping time.

After dispatch from China, estimated shipping time is 5–8 business days, including international transit and final delivery. For orders shipped to the United States, parcels are handed over to USPS for final delivery. For orders shipped to other countries, final delivery is handled by the destination-country carrier.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, or incomplete or incorrect shipping information. Please allow preparation time in addition to shipping time.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is US$5.20 per order to all available destinations, with free standard shipping on orders of US$60 or more. Charges are shown in your checkout currency.

Please check the shipping options and charges displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. If your destination is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Details and Delivery Help

Please carefully review your name spelling, personalization details, selected options, and shipping address before placing your order.

You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellation is only available if production has not yet started.

If tracking is delayed or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated shipping window, email slime1060110992@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate.
