Returns & Size Replacement

We want the fit to feel right from the first walk. Here is how returns and the first size replacement work.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Eligible returns follow the process in our Return Policy.

First Size Replacement

Eligible U.S. dog boot orders may request one first size replacement set. The replacement product is provided at no additional product cost; a $4.99 replacement shipping fee applies. Replacement requests should be made within 30 days of delivery.

Measure Before You Order

To choose the right size, measure the widest part of your dog’s paw while they are standing, then compare paw width and length to the size chart. When your dog is between sizes, choose the larger size.
